Would give a zero if possible. Made up an excuse that they called us twice and left messages, which were never done. No missed calls or voicemails. Only an email CONFIRMING our appointment for that day. Was in the phone with them during one of the times they “left a message”.

Shoutout to Chris for replacing our ten year old moldy washing machine gasket-- and giving it his All. It was not an easy job. Our Bosch washer and dryer are stacked, making it an awkward setup, but Chris somehow made it work. He showed up in a timely manner, being both friendly and informative. I am SO thankful that this could happen. Thanks again!

WORST !!! Gary from Advantage Appliance Repair spent 10 minutes (15 minutes tops) to diagnose my clothes washer which was not draining water in its cycles. He said the transmission was shot/worn out, saw gear oil in the motor and leaking oil inside the motor and other parts and that the main bearings in the tub were seizing, making a grumbling noise. It is impossible that he unscrewed the three screws in the back (and my observation there are no screws), took the back off the machine and examined in the limited time and there is no grumbling noise in the drum. He is a scam and did no such inspection. I have a dispute in with my credit card company to reverse the charge. VERY BAD.
