"Checked over unit and found micro would not heat up and would make a funny noise and burning smell, removed cntrl and checked magnetron and transformer found transformer burning up causing a smell and magnetron magnets broken causing no heat. Will order new transformer and magnetron advised would call when parts are in due to out of stock ; ordrng 1 W10754299 (Megnetron) and 1 W11545872 (Transformer)"

Checked over unit and found wash arm had fallen off of bottom landing in element and burning it causing a smell and melted plastic. Removed wash arm and pieces replaced heater and ran machine threw a wash cycle unit is now working normally. Ran a diagnostics self test and checked heater operations found all functions now working to factory specs ; dspstn on spec-tagged invntry: 1 W10518394 HEATER

Installed new hinges and torsion bars checked door operations and unit is now closing properly and all functions working to specs

Installed new door switch due to broken old checked all operations and unit is now turning lights on properly cooling is operating to specs

"Checked over oven and found control not responding found unit just displaying Jenn-air on panel and no selections working. Tried to run a diagnostics cycle and nothing would work no selections, removed cntrl to access connections and unplugged unit to try and reset but nothing tried several times and then tapped in cntrl and unit came on and started or operate. Heated up oven and unit is heating will replaced faulty console and main appliance manager due to console shutting off and on.
