Cx complaint that the unit rumbles a lot during cycles. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found the rollers worn and need to be replaced. I replaced the rollers with one from TS and tested the unit for the cx. The unit is working as designed.; used 1 4392067 (DRYER REPAIR KIT) from stock

Cx complaint that the unit is not heating and had a thermal event. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. There has been significant thermal damage at the terminal block and power cord. Both need to be replaced to resolve the issue. I called WP safety to document the issue. Cx is responsible for parts and labor. I quoted the cx for the repair.

I installed the ordered parts and tested the unit for the cx. The unit is working as designed.

The noise is coming from the drum rubbing the bulkhead. The felt strip has separated. I used the drum seal adhesive to reapply the felt seal. I tested the unit for the cx. The unit is working as designed."
