While no one ever wants to have an appliance in need of repair, you guys made it easy. From my phone call to the technician- excellent service. We were able to schedule an appt with a 4 hour window on a date that worked for us and able to track the technicians progress up to our appt. Our technician, Ruben, called to let me know he was on his way about 15 min out. He had the kindest voice and was so incredibly pleasant and personable when completing our repair on the spot. Ruben is a 10/10!!! 🤩
