Tested unit and found machine would not start a wash cycle unit would display close lid and not start. Checked strike and latch and found strike had broken off causing lid to think its not closed. Replaced strike and recalibrated unit checked all operations and machine is now working to specs ; used 1 W11457841 (Strike) from stock

"Checked over machine and found microwave had no display and nothing would operate, checked power to unit and 120v present ohmed out 20amp fuse and found good, wile removing fuse noticed the fuse holder was loose and not touching fuse crimped it tighter and reinstalled fuse unit is now coming on, ran a cycle and unit is heating and working to specs"

"Ran dryer and found unit heating and running but shutting off, ran diagnostics and checked errors found F3e2 open or shorted moisture sensor f2e1 stuck key checked moisture sensor in diagnostics and light turns off when moisture is touching bars checked harness and found ohming out and connections are good, checked j14 on cntrl for resistance to inlet thermistor and found reading 6.00 K ohms at about 100 degrees, checked outlet venting and found new and clear. All checks passed will replace console and main cntrl, parts tentative advised will call when in for return visit ; ordrng 1 W11525997 (Cntrl) and 1 W11419056 (Panel interface)"

"Checked over oven and found unit not heating up durning a bake and broil cycles, checked ignitor and found unit would light but shut down and beep over temp error. Checked oven sensor and found sensor wires broken off causing unit to not sense heating cycle, replaced sensor and unit is now heating and working to specs ; used 1 WPW10181986 (SENSOR) from stock"

"Ran washer thew a diagnostics cycle to checked errors found F0e9 off balance pause, ran machine thew a self diag and noticed when washing unit would bounce against front cabinet found unit tipped forward causing tub to not be level and it to bounce, leveled unit and recalibrated advised customer on equal weighted items and loading advised unit is now working to specs"
