"Checked over unit and found both sections not cooling properly checked freezer and found top half of evap frozen over with ice and bottom defrosted, ran a force defrost and found heater coming on but not defrosting evap fully this caused poor cooling. Melted all ice and replaced heater assembly checked defrost setting and unit is now staying on for proper amount of time unit working to specs"

Installed new console and checked all cycle selections unit is now operating properly. Ran wash and spin cycles all functions now working to factory specs

"Tested unit and found when machine would run a wash cycle and change to a spin it would grind super loud, found grinding noise coming from cam due to actuator hanging up when changing cycles. Replaced cam and actuator recalibrated unit and all operations are now working to specs ; used 1 W10721967 (Cam), and 1 W10913953 (ACTUATOR) from stock"
