"Checked over unit and found dishwasher racks falling forward when opening the door, found unit not level and jousting screws had fallen out on right side. Checked legs and found unit had gotten pushed in catching on tile causing it to lean forward a lot and racks to fall out, leveled unit and secured unit to stop from leaning forward tested operations and unit is now working to specs"

"Test3d washer and found unit not spinning out clothes and shutting down bf it could spin. Ran diagnostics and found error F8e1 long fill checked filling and found water at both valves but hot water not coming on, checked connections and hot water valve had come loose from connector causing no power. Reattached and unit is now running and operating to specs"

"Tested unit and found customer hearing noise wile unit would heat up, heated oven and found noise coming from bake element expanding and contracting this is normal. Heated oven and advised the smell would go away its oil burning off, customer also finding all the sharp spots in unit advised to be carful they are sharp and from the factory like that. Showed customer how to use timer and adjust everything also advised the racks are normal but she wanted new ones bc they have sharp edges advised she may need to call customer service for them to send her new racks. Oven is operating properly no concerns on anything unit is heating and operating to manufacture specs"

"Ran dryer and checked over unit for signs of grease I could see where black had gotten on the drum but not sign of where it came from, removed drum and checked all rollers and motor finding no grease. Advised customer grease could have come from the washer the dryers do not have any grease in them. Customer will watch out and if anymore shows up they will let us know, dryer is operating to manufacture specs"
