Checker over unit and found lock for service door not unlocking tried using master key and lock would not move lock inside door is broken and needs to be drilled out and replaced with new. Will order new service door and lock key number in notes if needed will need time to drill this out and replace ; ordrng 1 W10114740 (Lock) and 1 W11269277 (Service door)

Tested unit and found fridge not coming on at all no lights and nothing running checked power to unit and found 120v present at plug and into machine harness checked voltage at control and 120v coming into control but not going out main control and interface faulty will need to order and replace ; ordrng 1 W11548534 (Cntrl) and 1 W11766557 (User interface)

"Tested dryer and found unit would power up but never start a cycle, checked drum and found it spinning freely belt broken. Removed old belt and rollers and replaced with new kit ran unit threw a cycle and all operations are now working to specs ; used 1 4392065 (DRYER REPAIR KIT) from stock"

"Tested washer and found when running a wash cycle the unit would lock try and sense and just buzz then go right to done never sensing the load. Wile running checked actuator and cam finding unit would not move cam causing it to go right to done, replaced faulty actuator and capacitor ran a calibration and a wash finding unit is now working to manufacture specs. When opened lid found strike was moving found it had broken the plastic and the lid had gotten popped down tied to straighten lid but it would bend, will need to order new lid,strike,bumpers and screws parts tentative p/a ; rqstng P&A on 1 W11513256 (Lid) and 1 W11513250 (Strike) and 2 8572266 (Bumper)s and 2 WPW10273971 (Screw)s, used 1 W10913953 (ACTUATOR), and 1 W11395618 (CAPACITOR/INTER COIL) from stock, states that autho needed"

"Tested washer due to unit leaking water through the wash cycle form back and under machine, let unit fill and noticed water from dispenser hitting back on tub top. Opened up top and found water leaking from filling due to tub tilted forward, adjusted and leveled unit to stop water from going on tub top ran several cycles and unit is now dry and operating to manufacture specs"

Ran washer due to not spinning out and tub banging when customer would run machine and found unit running and washing normally checked for Errors and found no codes in unit. Advised on evening the loads out to stop the off balance cycles I leveled the tub due to tipped back and hitting so tub is now even and spinning Properly. Recalibrate unit and all operations are now working to specs

"Ran dryer due to customer getting a buzzing noise when unit would be almost done and found noise coming from back of machine, ran diagnostics and cycled unit on finding noise coming from valve. Advised customer on leaving the wrinkle and steam settings on will activate valve making noise due to not water hooked up advised to shut off settings for valve each time tuning the unit this will stop the valve from making noise. Let unit run threw a dry cycle and all operations are now working to specs"

"Tested dryer and found unit would not power up no display, opened door and found light on in drum tried to run a reset and nothing would happen. Tested voltage to terminal block and 240v is present 120v on each leg, checked led status lights on controls and found main cntrl blinking not recognizing console removed console and found only one led lit up console is faulty will need to replace. Will order new console and use main cntrl on return visit advised customer part was out of stock and once in we would call for return visit ; ordrng 1 W11752175 (Console)"

Removed old gearcase and replaced with new replaced all other parts and broke apart agitator and replaced ran a calibration cycle and a wash cycle finding unit is now working to manufacture specs

Installed all new parts and unit is now coming on and all functions are working to manufacture specs
