"Tested oven and found both ovens would not heat up on a bake or a broil cycle, checked relays and found good checked thermal cutoffs and found good tested all elements and found good tested voltage to unit and unit is only getting 120v should get 240v, this caused no heating up but unit to come on and run. Found wires inside box connection had shorted customer will get an electrician to look over the wiring and breaker oven is operating to manufacture specs"

"Tested unit and found washer leaking water from front left corner near fabric dispenser, ran diagnostics and found errors F0e3 f0e7 f1e2, ran a filling cycle and checked for leaking noticed water spots all over the front and inner side of cabinet, ran the softener dispenser and found filling but water splashing out of tub top wile running. Found water valve allowing to much water when filling causing it to flow over softener dispenser and run down inner part of cabinet onto floor. Unit will need new main valve and softener dispenser will order and return ; ordrng 1 W11569112 (Dispenser) and 1 W11595805 (Valve), dspstn on spec-tagged invntry: 1 W11035296 HOSE"

"Checked over unit and found freezer making a loud noise when running, found noise coming from evaporator fan motor hitting ice. Removed cover and found ice building up behind fan due to water leaking from fill tube on ice maker, added tubbing to ice maker and added sealer to stop it from leaking cycled ice maker and unit is now dry and all operations are working to specs ; used 1 212643 (SEALER-GUM) from stock"

"Checked over unit due to machine erroing out and not completing a wash cycle and found when removing top the tub had separated found where the tub was put together it had broken apart like the glue never held this caused unit to leak water and also error out, inspected unit and found shocks cracked main harness being stretched out and springs bent. Customer will be calling manufacture they had only ran 3 cycles and then it started to error out and not work advised customer to plz let us know the outcome after talking to manufacture so we can get the parts together also advised he would need an auto for a second man due to they will not cover that. Will also plz need extra time in a very tight bathroom area ; ordrng 1 W11460604 (Tub) and 1 W11316766 (Shocks) and 2 W11771999 (Spring)s and 1 W11557918 (Harness main)"

"Checked over center burner and found when lighting the outside the gas would leak from the front and make a flam from under burner. Found inner parts of burner had come loose not allowing it to seal and gas to escape, tightened down center cap and unit is now burning properly and working to specs"

"Tested unit and found upper oven not heating up on any cycle, ran a diagnostic test and found errors F1e0 display board, f2e1 stuck key cleared errors and ran a test on upper oven finding unit would not bake or heat on any cycle. Removed control and found black on relays and cntrl due to relay for bake had went bad causing issue with heating. Unit will need new main cntrls, control panel due to stuck key and display error, new Tod thermistors, and extra time oven is in its place tight and needs to come out. All parts tentative p/a ; rqstng P&A on 2 WP4449751 (Thermostat fix)s and 1 W11448962 (Cntrl) and 1 W11598200 (Cntrl with out power supply) and 1 W11600643 (Cntrl panel)"

"Tested washer and found unit had stopped mid cycle leaving tub full of water and never draining out, ran a drain and found washer would just continuously drain never stopping checked drain pump and pressure sensor finding no pinholes in lines tried to recalibrate unit but it would go right to done. Control is faulty will order and return ; ordrng 1 W11626074 (Cntrl)"

"Removed old hinge and washer due to bent replaced with new and same issue door is not sitting on the top to seal even after heating the gasket up it goes right back to normal and it leaks air u can see light thew the gasket the door is not closing. Door is to heavy for hinge causing it to sag and not close there nothing more that can be replaced on the unit tried adding washers and it just bends the hinge down, pulled gasket out and it started to seal but who knows how long it will last, customer will be in contact with where purchased they already swapped out this same unit 4 times, advised if they cant help customer will call customer service and go from there"

Installed ring and drive unit is now operating to specs

"Tested unit and found oven would get to temp and then never hold, found oven light staying on when opening door causing elements to not cycle causing no heat. Adjusted door switch and door is now closing and working to specs"
