"Checked over unit and found machine dented and the top falling off found right side of top bent and dented legs broken and plastic base broken off and cracked found rear panel dented in and the unit would run then shut off after two cycle and had to be unplugged and plugged back in to restart. Unit is going to need new control, panel,base,screws,clips and cabinet to repair customer was under the impression the unit would be replaced with new and will be contacting Lowes or manufacture to get replaced with new unit If not it will need to be repaired. Will need extra time and parts are out of stock once in we will call for return visit advised they will be shipped to house ; ordrng 2 8312709 (Clip)s and 1 W11623537 (Top) and 1 W11165114 (Base) and 1 W11332301 (Legs) and 4 W1182898 (Screw)s and 1 W11161907 (Cabinet) and 1 W11769716 (Control)"

"Tested unit and found when running a cycle the detergent wouldd not enter machine tested detergent pump and found voltage going to pump 12v but pump was not rotating and pumping anything in dispenser, pump faulty again. Replaced pump and primed ran several cycles and it is now pumping and working to specs"

Installed new controls and new door gasket heated gasket so it would create a good seal around cabinet. Set temps and checked all cooling operations finding unit is now leaking to specs advised to give 24-48 hrs so temps can regulate

"Tested unit and found when powering up the unit would come on and it would start then error out f1e1 appliance manager and expansion board failure replays are not working and getting stuck, checked for replacement parts and they are discontinued advised customer and they will find a new unit"

Tested unit and found customer seeing all the burners click when lighting one and then they would stay on and flame was high on a low setting. Found clicking normal advised they will all light when one is lighting advised the knob needs to be moved past the lighting point to the high setting to stop it from lighting. Adjusted all burners so unit had a simmer and all operations are now working to manufacture specs

Installed new burner switch due to front left burner staying on high. Heated all burners and all functions are now working to manufacture specs

"Checked over unit and found fridge section warm freezer warm checked frost pattern and found no frost building up just very little on top half. Checked compressor and found running but not pulling any heat, removed Freon from unit to checked for leaking and unit was still full recharged unit and waited checking for any leaking or drop in pressure and found unit frosting up evaporator and running normally. Unit has a floating restriction will need to replace evaporator and compressor section unit off and pump down and fill with nitrogen to blow out will order parts and return when in extra time needed to clear restriction and pump unit down ; ordrng 1 W11547313 (Compressor) and 1 W11598433 (Evaporator)"

"Tested dryer and found unit would run and heat but would create a burning smell and moisture building up, checked venting and found a bird nest inside vent blocking it causing no air to escape this made the unit smell like it was burning and caused the moisture. Cleared vent and unit is now drying and working to specs"

"Tested unit and found fridge temps not holding and warming up again, checked frost and found unit frosting up but building more frost on sides of evaporator. Placed unit into a defrost cycle and found fridge thermistor not registering no voltage to thermistor, checked power at cntrl and no power coming out of board to thermistor control faulty. Wile checking unit noticed left side gasket ripped and segments getting worse on display. Unit will need new control, interface and left door gasket, parts tentative p/a ; rqstng P&A on 1 WPW10675033 (Cntrl) and 1 W11387384 (Interface) and 1 W10846057 (Gasket)"

Ran diagnostic and found errors F4e2 heater open unplugged or failed relay ran unit thew a test cycle and found no heater coming on checked heater connections and found left side not attached causing no power to heater. Reattached connection and unit is now heating and working to specs
