Although the tech tried to determine the issue, as the dishwasher takes approximately an hour to leak she was not able to determine the reason. She asked us to call her when it started to leak so she could come back. when we called and texted as she requested , she never responded. Once I contacted customer service about this, the lady was rude and disrespectful and continued to say all she could do was schedule another appointment. I asked her how to handle the fact that it doesn’t leak until an hour ish into the cycle. She told me to use the tracker to track the tech. I explained that it was inaccurate on the day of the visit so not sure how this would help. She continued to be rude and disrespectful. I then asked to speak to her supervisor and she hung up on me. I then had to contact P.C. Richard. Due to the issues with your company they sent their own repair person. Based on this experience I would not recommend your company.
Punctual, pleasant and knowledgeable
Amanda was prompt and very knowledgeable.
My wife and i simply loved Amanda. She was an absolute beast in getting the jobs done. So helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. As someone in the trades (hvac and luxury apartment maintenance) and knows how male dominated it is, i was blown away by Amanda’s skills and work ethic. I mean this with the utmost respect, but Whatever you’re paying her, it better be enough because i would 100% poach her for a job at my company. We’d kill to have someone as good as her. Unfortunately my washer won’t be under warranty much longer so i won’t need help going forward, but if i did. I’d ask for Amanda and nobody else.
