Customer complained hose on back of unit. Informed customer this is normal operation the drain hose will move when draining and spinning. Informed customer to tie hose to water lines or put padding. Between hoses and back of unit to prevent noise. Verified proper operation.

Customer complained unit not heating . Found unit not getting proper voltage. Proper voltage at receptacle but receptacle was not transferring power to the pigtail. Unit needs new receptacle. Informed customer to call electrician.
