Customer complained unit shaking during spin. Found suspension bad. Quoted ; used 1 W11130362 (SUSPENSION) from stock

Tested and found F8E4 overfill error. Checked and found dishwasher operating properly. Customer said they spilled a pitcher of water. Catch trough had gotten water in it causing errors. Water has since dried and dishwasher now operating normally.

"Customer complained of no heat from oven. Found no error codes stored. Found wires melted in junction box, informed customer to contact builder or electrician."
