"Complaint unit will not dispense ice from the door cannot remove ice bucket either I found ice bin screws had come undone, on plate causing auger to come apart inside of ice bucket, causing ice to jam underneath bucket I tightened and secured screws holds everything together tested operations unit dispensing ice perfectly fine now and chopped the ice and dispenses whole ice. no additional issues reported by customer at this time."

"Complaint timer just counts down till it says its done. Motor never starts never heats. I found thermal cut out on exhaust vent was open. Customer stated right before issue occur. the dryer was very hot to the touch on the outside of the cabinetry I suspect with a high degree of certainty , that was when the issue occurred to cause the fuse to reach a temperature greater than 195? which is the temperature which that fuse is designed to blow. "Complaint slow to make ice compared to previous model. I found unit is making ice find unit designed to make up to 3 pounds of ice in a 24 hour period time or a fourth of the bucket. Temperature in freezer is -4.2? temperature and fresh food compartment is 37.2? icemaker fan is working properly. I found gaskets in fresh food section pantry drawers were not ceiling properly doors at the bottom push open ever so slightly, which could count for slow slower ice production doors being open also was causing a leaking water condition by condensation. I adjusted door, gaskets tested operations of door hinge closure, mechanisms. Everything now is closing properly."
