Sr#7740721987Complaint customer is getting bleach on clothes even when not using bleach. Called Techline to document. Ran every test that I could to find issue and didnt find anything. Made sure that bleach was not getting into tub when adding through dispenser cup. Made sure tub sat level and suspension wasnt bad. Unit checked out fine. Was told that customer needs to watch how much bleach she is adding and be more mindful of splashing on to clothes. No repairs needed for this issue. Unit is also still under warranty.

Complaint unit is not making ice as it should. Found on arrival that unit needs a new door. Wires are broken at bottom of door and is causing problems with ui and ice maker. Ordering door for repair.Please let customer know when we can return. Told customer to check for damage when door arrives.; ordrng 1 W11652977 (Door)

Customer complained ice maker leaking. Took ice maker out and defrosted fill hose Replaced ice maker and did a hard reset. Ran harvest and filled with no leaks or issues. Verified all proper operations. ; used 1 W10882923 (ICE MAKER) from stock

Installed previously ordered parts with no issues. Ran diagnostics with no issues or leaks verified all proper operations customer started the wash cycle upon departure with no issues.

Complaint unit is not locking. Found on arrival that lid latch was broken. Used truck stock for repair. Tested after installation and unit tested properly. No other issues found.; used 1 W11700916 (DOOR LOCK) from stock
