Customers complaint is washer not spinning out and fabric softener not dispensing. Ran self test and found cold water shut off. Turned on and ran through self test and all checks ok. Customers supply valve is leaking. Took pictures.

Saturating cam, Belt, and actuator. Suspension very bouncy. Strike and match broken causing door not to close. Replaced latch and strike and tested all checks ok. ; O-emld tckt

Installed new lid and tested all checks ok.

Installed new basket and suspension. Tested and washer working as designed. Explained that the load must be a balanced load. Also explained that if we come back out and find nothing wrong then a service call of $129 will be charged.
