Advantage should be shut down for being a scam. Terrible service. Doesn’t work with the manufacturers to actually know if you’re under warranty, charged you a trip charge and then won’t refund you for the charge that should have never happened. On top of that, their non warranty labor to replace a compressor is $600…. This isn’t a nuclear submarine… I own a car shop, and we do remote starts, 4 hour job requiring integrating into a car’s electrical system, that’s $300, but soldering in a compressor, an hour job they charge $600 I won’t rest until this company is out of business

I honestly feel I was completely deceived by your service call and having to pay $129. I was told if you do the work then that fee would be waived. However, when the guy comes down here after I’ve already told you people on the phone twice that my problem is the heating element. Everything else worked everything. You even scheduled or sent me an email telling me our original date had to be rescheduled because you are ordering the part and it hadn’t come in yet. Then the guy shows up turns on the microwave and says it’s the heating element which I had been telling you guys that was the problem. And he gives me an estimate of 630 or $40 to fix the unit. I could go out and buy three or four Microwave at that price. Nobody in their right mind would pay that much to fix a 14 or 15 year-old Microwave. Obviously I say no. And I get a bill for 140 $142 for his visit. You tell me is that fair. I tried to talk to Deborah about it and she was supposed to talk to her superior. He said no, you can’t give an estimate. I told you what the problem was. You didn’t have to come down. You could’ve done the job for a reasonable price. I had $200 in my pocket which I was willing to give to have it paid. I wouldn’t recommend you to anybody. Sorry.

Service agent arrived on time was efficient got the job done. He was also courteous and personable. I hope I don’t need service in the future, but if I did, I would request the same person.

I’ve used this service several times in the past and they were wonderful. So when I was having issues with my oven I didn’t hesitate to call Advantage. This time the tech quickly diagnosed the issue but said he couldn’t do anything due to “liability issues”. He was here for about 5 mins, didnt address the issue and then asked for the $129 fee. I wish the website or the booking associate would have mentioned certain issues the techs can’t fix. When asked if he could look at another appliance instead he said it would cost me an additional $75. It was a disappointing experience that didn’t address my issues.

Tech was very good, knew his job and had repair done in no time. If we ever have another problem we will definitely call him! Thank you. Would definitely recommend him!
