"Installed new controls and burner head heated both oven to 350 degrees and let them cycle, both ovens now heating and staying heated properly. Heated up burner and it is now lighting and working to specs"

"Checked over unit and found washer leaking from front of unit and dispenser not opening, checked for leaking and found washer bellow ripped on bottom causing it to not seal against door and leak out found dispenser leaking water and not opening correctly dispenser super hard to open. Unit will need new bellow and dispenser parts tentative p/a ; rqstng P&A on 1 W11318722 (Bellow) and 1 W11524105 (Dispenser)"

"Checked over unit and found freezer door not sealing and closing properly found fridge door swinging open all the way around fridge and door not sealing. Removed freezer door and fixed door stop added washer to lift door so it would seal, fixed door stop on fridge door due to being on the wrong side adjusted legs and gasket to seal added silicone to cabinet to stop warm air from getting In. All doors now closing and sealing properly adjusted temp done one from recommended this is normal operation and unit is now cooling and working to specs ; used 1 WP488881 (WASHER), and 1 WP482338 (FOOD GRADE ADHESIVE) from stock"

"Tested washer and found machine erroring out F5e3 lid not locking or unlocking checked lid and found it not closing properly found it binding on the top of washer then going into lock, found lid had bent inward causing lock to hit and not engage when trying to lock, adjusted lid and ran several locking and unlocking cycles. Ran a calibration and unit is now operating to specs"

"Tested microwave and found unit dead no power to display and door stuck open, removed unit from wall and found 20 amp fuse blown tested interlock switches and found lower switch hard to contact and giving false readings when omhing out. Replaced fuse and interlock ran unit threw a cycle and all operations are now working to specs ; used 1 WPM0805101 (FUSE,MONITOR 20A) from stock"

"Installed new control for interface due to unit heating then stopping and erroing out, heated up oven after replacing control and unit is now heating up to set temp left side is still erroring out will need to order another cntrl for left side. Wile checking oven customer informed me the left burner was not lighting checked over burner and found it would not light took burner apart and found where the two go together it had melted causing it to not light will need to replaced burner head. Will order all parts and return with main cntrl, will need extra time oven needs to come out its a build in duel oven. parts tentative p/a ; rqstng P&A on 1 W11492304 (Interface cntrl), ordrng 1 W11344539 (Burner head), states that autho needed"

"Ran washer and checked for errors found no codes in unit ran unit threw a wash cycle to Check wash times and found unit would start counting down normally on a quick wash went to a whites cycle and after washer for 15 min unit went from 1 hr 40 min to 18 min and completed never rinsing or washing the clothes properly. Checked unit for off balance and no issue tub is spinning true checked for issue with drain hose and no issue, recalibrated and soft reset unit trying to correct issue and unit would not complete times just jumping all over. Unit is going to need new console,harness,pressure sensor and drain pump assembly due to pump noisy, customer is going to contact manufacture due to issue keeps happening she was advised to call them after we came there and was told they would replace the washer if it happened again, advised to let us know what happens ; ordrng 1 W11748897 (Console) and 1 W11747093 (Main harness) and 1 W11316246 (Pressure sensor) and 1 W11747098 (Drain pump)"

"Tested unit and found when plugged in unit would start running the drain pump until unplugged, ran diagnostics and found error f3e2 pressure sensor fault, f0e5 off balance cycle, Control faulty. Replaced main cntrl and recalibrated unit, ran a wash and spin finding unit is now operating to manufacture specs"

Checked over unit and found dishwasher fill line had gotten a hole in it causing water to shoot out when turning it on fill hose bad. Replaced all hoses and unit is now operating to specs
