Cx complaint that the unit is leaking water. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found the water leaking from the drain pump. The drain pump is sitting crooked. I corrected the drain pump position and tested the unit for the cx. The unit is working as designed. The entire mobile home came with the appliances in it. The mobile home was delivered 12/2023. Cx complaint that the unit is not starting cycles. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found an error code: f7e4. I cleared the code and checked the slider. I found the slider magnet separated. I replaced the slider with one from TS and tested the unit for the cx. The unit is working as designed.; used 1 W10734521 from stock

"Cx complaint that the unit is making a loud noise while it runs. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found the unit heats, tumbles and has decent airflow. I let the unit runs for a few minutes, the noise eventually appeared. The blower wheel makes a loud buzzing noise because the blower wheel is cracked. The unit needs a new blower wheel and motor to resolve the issue. I called WP safety as instructed. I quoted the cx for the repair.Sr7739010842"

I installed the ordered part and tested the unit for the cx. The unit is working as designed.
