Attempted to remove line from reservoir, found in stuck, by the time I was able to get line out end was damaged and will not seat and seal properly. Ordering reservoir and other valve. Checked part availability and scheduled return for 1/8 AM ; ordrng 1 W11482382 (Reservoir) and 1 W11482025 (Valve)"

"Disassembled freezer. Used steamer to clear and remove all ice buildup from evaporator. Removed and replaced defrost heater and control. Used towels to catch and clean up all water from defrosting evaporator. Plugged refrigerator back in, all components test good and operating properly."

"Checked and found thermal fuse blown again. Removed and replaced fuse. Dryer now starts properly. Tested airflow using vent test kit. With vent hose connected, dryer failed test 3 times. With hose removed dryer passes test. Advised customer that they will need to have vent checked for clogged, blocked or collapsed duct. Customer said they had shortened vent hose. Explained that issue was not with the hose but the vent itself.; used 1 WP3392519 (Thermal fuse), and 1 W11224254 (Vent test) from stock"

Customer complained unit stopped heating and had a burning smell. Took unit down could not find any thermal damage on any wires no visible damage to magnetron checked resistance of two terminals on magnetron found no resistance. Needs new magnetron.
