Jeremy was prompt, even early for the stated time of repair. He called 20 minutes prior to his arrival immediately came in, diagnosed the problem and took care of it right away. I was very impressed with his work ethic and making sure I was a satisfied customer. If I ever have trouble again, I hope to get Jeremy to come out and repair my appliance.
