Checked unit found frost build up in freezer front on left side glides are rough to pull door ordering glides and seal; rqstng P&A on 1 WPW10443311 (Freezer door seal) and 2 WPW10120018 (Glides)s

Arrived to replace rollers. New rollers do not fit shafts and shafts did not come with new rollers. Ordered rollers with parts department. ; ordrng 1 458EL2002L (Dryer kit)

Replaced glass tested normally closing normal unit is off level on right side informed cust would have to charge for leveling not covered cust declined

7739008700 rechecked unit called techline ran diagnostics normal also ran cycle thru completely on normal ran everything normal informed cust will take longer to complete cycle if same issue again will have to charge serv

Arrived to install thermostat. Measured temperature and it is correct from previous visit. Customer concerned about eggs being too cold and not cracking properly. Advised customer to move eggs to lower shelf.
