"Upon arrival, while installing the rails, I found that they had arrived damaged. They were reordered. However, the customer reported that the equipment was making a loud noise. After running my diagnosis and tests, I found issues with the compressor, evaporator, and condenser. I proceeded to order the necessary parts. not tito’s fault, but they charged me $139 to tell me i needed a new dishwasher. not mad, just meh.

Unfortunately, when a manufacturer discontinues a critical part, we're no longer able to obtain it, making repair impossible. The $139 service fee covers the technician's visit, diagnosis, and evaluation to determine the issue and the best course of action. We're sorry we couldn't provide a better outcome and appreciate you giving us the opportunity to take a look.

I was very pleased with Tito and his work. He was on time, pleasant and professional. He explained the repairs clearly, put everything back together and cleaned up after himself. Also, he had the parts needed to fix the washer. We have had repairs by other services where it took at least a week for them to get parts.
