Upon arrival unit was in defrost I kicked it out of defrost and the unit started up and at this time unit is quiet and running normally. I did wiggle the fridge back and forth before unit kicked back on. The compressor is normal the damper is normal the condenser fan is normal the evap fan is normal. As the fridge run starting get loud vibration from the freezer area found evaporator cover loose not mounted all the way to liner causing a loud vibration tightened screws down vibration went away. Unit ran and checked ok(Call complete)

I tried to insert a quarter inch plastic tube but its too small. I used a steamer to see if its just clogged with ice. The steamer was successful. The LED lights are not working as will need to be replaced to restore light in the unit. I collected the service call fee by CC.

Complaints refrigerator is developing frost on the left-hand side door is not opening and closing properly. I found bin was not properly installed. Door was also not properly installed on the top left screw that holds door to the hinge receiver. It was not attached to the hinge upon arrival. it was on the inside of the hinge versus the outside of the hinge. I took the door off re-situated been on the bottom. Make sure it was properly installed by reformed door gasket gasket was also not ceiling due to door not being properly installed tested operations door is now opening and closing properly. No additional issues found with refrigerator section only in freezer section did it need repairs.

First 2 are preheat temps 378,333,384,355.,379,343,375,348,375,343,=2163/6=average 360.5 degrees I calibrated oven 10? colder to give it an egg sack to average of 350? what is concerning to me is the fact of the customer says itll be room temp in oven but it will say preheat complete at 350? in the oven.
