"Complaint of lower oven not heating properly. We replaced igniter last September and had quoted for a control board. Had ge come out and they did a software update. Ge tech, per cs, wasnt too sure, was going to replace the control, sensor and u/I, but then said he believed it is an igniter issue, to replace with a ge igniter.Tested on bake at 350, preheated fine and went through multiple cycles, each time igniting within 10s.Cs says the failure is usually like 20 or so minutes into cooking. Cs says you will hear clicking like 8 times in a row when failing, instead of the normal clicks of operation. Sounds like relay failure on control, but could not replicate in testing, went through 10+ cycles with no failure.Quoted for control/labor. Accepted. Collected in full via cc. "When I arrived the customer had unhooked the drain hose and fill hoses i reattached them to unit and ran unit on normal cycle both valves are opening and closing there are no leaks with outer tub or drain pump or internal drain hose or clamp. There is no back up at the stand pipe. The valves are not leaking, no fault codes present. The pressure hose In place and pressure switch is operating correctly. Ive ran the twice for 15 minutes and there are no leaks present anywhere and customer is here watching the testing of the unit. At this time unit ran and checked ok with no leaks Call complete"

"Checked over unit and found fridge door trim sticking up and foam all over corners of each door checked bottoms and Same issue foam coming out of corners and stuck to outside of door, tried to clean off foam but its not coming off good and it had lifted up the trim on left side witch looks terrible. Checked freezer door and top corners same thing foam had gotten pushed out of the corners lifting the trim up and getting foam all over the stainless not coming off tried to scrape with a plastic paddy knife and it still imbedded in there, customer is not happy with looks and the way the trim is lifting.
