Door is no longer available. "Replaced lid lock. Ran diagnostic cycle and completed test fine. Explained to cs what was replaced and apologized that we were not able to replace brace that had surface rust on it. She said it was her understanding that this repair would rectify it. Talked to her about hew washing method and she puts vinegar into the bleach tray lol n front corner where rust has started. She did that to clean the machine. I advised to not put vinegar in there, that would be the cause of the rusting. Explained the unit does have a clean washer cycle, which is advised to use Affresh cleaner. If determined to use vinegar, I suggested to pour directly into tub and to not use much."
