"No ice since last repair, no errors for icemaker in diagnostics, ran harvest fine. Also said the other day there was a bunch of water on floor they assumed was from rf. No signs of leaking in water dispensing or in icemaker fill.Ran fill and first time did not, second time it did fill ( was checking fill tube during process. Harvest thermistor did say to warm to harvest. Icebox fan working and thermistor passes. Ice level sensor working.Measured temp in icemaker area, 45, (after working in rf for awhile) turned on max ice and temp dropping as fan kicked on. Couple of minutes was down to 24 and falling.Quoting for valve icemaker and heater. And additional labor. Saved estimate and said was good for 7 days and they will wait and see if unit starts making ice and think on it. No additional labor collected at this time.By time ready to leave water was freezing in ice tray"

With the door closed pushing on the left side of the door returns the rail slides to equal alignment. This has to be done every time the door opens. I removed the FC door and found the large bin not in the correct position. The left side was not resting on the track slide but rubbing against the floor the unit not allowing the door to close normally. I corrected the position and tested the unit for the cx. I pulled the unit out to check the hinges and other parts. The hinges are good, the issue is the electrical tube to an outlet is running behind the tub not allowing it to go back far enough to be screwed into the counter. When it is screwed in the tub bends not allowing the door strike to align and close the door. The door works fine with the unit pulled out. The electrical tube needs to be run a different route to close the door with the unit installed in place. The panel has scratches and needs to be replaced as well. "Found dryer vent long and pinched. I cut down vent and made a good straight run to the 4 galvanized pipe duct. This home is brand new customer has been here 6 months. I ask if clothes have long dry times and customer said the heavy stuff. I checked operating thermostat,checked safety thermostat,checked the heater, all components were operating normally. I advised the customer that the venting in the home runs up which causes slot of long drying time and other issues. I advised customer the wall cap needs to be checked to see if there is a screen over the 4 exit from wall cap it could be cover with lint and or the pipe in the wall may need to be cleaned out. I advised customer this is a standard practice homeowners have to get into if there dryer vent runs up instead of down. Advised customer to look for dryer vent cleaning companies. I advised customer not to run dryer until venting is checked door and top are getting extremely hot.@"

Called Whirlpool tech-support I spoke with Rob told me he has to recommend repair. In order to repair this unit it would need a new tub and a new door assembly basically a complete rebuild. "I came to the residence, I was told it was dryer not a washer by the apartment rep. The issue with the dryer was that it did not run. In conclusion I found it thermal fuse bad and replaced it with a TS thermal fuse. I then discovered the dryer does not work after the start button is released. It works fine then stops after the start button is released. They will call in regarding the dryer because Maintenance came while I was servicing the dryer and said the fridge originally assigned is in unit 4112. The fridge is on a dedicated line. I turned on the breaker and the unit worked fine. The outlet has good polarity. I ran multiple load tests in diagnostics (compressor, condensor fan, evap fan, defrost heater & IM harvest). None of them tripped the breaker. Im ordering a new control board to resolve the issue.; ordrng 1 W11566851 (Control board), used 1 WP3392519 (THERMAL FUSE) from stock"
