When I place washing machine into spin mode, unit will spin fast and then start to slow down and then come to complete stop all lights will start flashing on console and then have to unplug unit I found capacitor is that half of what it should be 50 ?F measuring 38 ?F I also found using a tester capacitor that the control board is still cutting out. Unit will need main control board and capacitor to fix capacitor has evidence of leaking white powdery substance on case of capacitor customer declined repair today is going to replace washing machine ."

Complaint refrigerator not making ice. I found waterline fill tube was completely frozen over. I found air vents in the back of the fridge. Fresh food section were completely blocked causing air to diffuse up into ceiling freezing waterlines. I defrosted waterlines tested operations of icemaker icemaker had E5 error code. After defrosting waterline I cycled icemaker and water. Water is now filling into icemaker properly customer to allow 48 to 72 hours for ice production to occur.

"Complaint water is chugging as it is dispensing chugging walker randomly in the middle of the cycle. I suspect one of three issues high water pressure. Customer did state that she had a plumber out here that raised their water pressure up significantly for the irrigation system. Water filter, housing or water, inlet valve assembly solenoid dropping out. Customer declined repair is going to have water pressure checked and if issue persists after will call us back for repair."

"Says unit has been shaking/banging a lot. Ran quick wash and went through sensing and into agitate fine. Cancelled and did rinse and spin which operated fine. No bad bearing noise, suspension test ok, water levels good.. no back fill from drain. Ran spin only cycle after starting rinse cycle, so started spin with 1/3 filled basket, no issue. Once drained went into spin fine. Everything running fine. Lower assembly inspection looks good. Unit is a little unleveled, but rear legs do not adjust so only able to correct slightly.No problem found at this time."

"Cs says it felt really hot in load and then it stopped working, would not start again. They cleaned vent but said it was not bad, heating element not shorted and read at 10 Ohms, thermal fuse was blown. Replaced and unit running. Testing opening and closing door and it stopped again, this time it was the door switch.
