Checked all connections due to this would be the 4th fan in unit and could not find any issue, ran diagnostics and found freezer temp sensor not reading found a piece of aluminum over temp sensor blocking it from reading temp removed and advised customer once fan is replaced to watch unit this should make a big difference damper is woking heater is working and unit has a good frost pattern only issue Is no air flow, customer will hold of on fan for now"

Customer says she hears clicking and poof noise constantly. Informed customer unit cuts on and off while in use to keep unit at a steady temperature. The noises are normal operation of gas igniting and spark ignitor. Ran bake 375 and noise when unit ignited was noise customer was referencing. Informed customer thats normal operation. Used k type thermometer and unit was at average 373 when set to 375. Informed customer unit working as designed. Customer said shed had gas ovens before and they didnt do this. Informed her they might have alternative means to ignite and she just didnt notice the unit reigniting to keep temperatures at selected temp. Verified proper operation.
