"Intermittent issue of it stopping with clothes wet, explained about out of balance loads. Says mostly happens on quick wash, some loads with towels some not.No errors in history, cleared on last visit. Ran diagnostic test 12 and completed fine. Customer had run cycle with vinegar after last visit to remove excess suds and is using less soap, no suds in testing.Says it sometimes gives errors, but not sure which, says it did since last visit also, even during empty load with just vinegar. "Unit not cooling either section, fans/compressor running, sealed system issue.Quoted for compressor/evap/drier, parts covered under 120 month warranty, labor is not.Sue was not at home, had to leave, husband did not know about call.He got Sue on phone and she denied sealed system labor quote, but is adamant that office told her that if it was a sealed system then there was no trip charge, that trip was covered, that office and kitchen aide had told her so. No authorization, called office and trip charge is not covered, only when going ahead with repair do we take off the trip charge (spoke with Barbara at office)Relayed to sue, argued that trip was covered , but cannot pay over phone, says she will call office to pay, does not have credit card on her."

Switch was replaced that was heavily corroded as well. Customer stated the icemaker has been leaking.
