"Complaints microwave is making a loud noise whenever turn tablespoons very random when noise occurs. I found noise is caused more than likely by the turntable wheels underneath the glass platter slightly out of round, replace the turntable motor, cleaned the turntable guide and wheels as best as I could also clean the bottom of the glass, turntable itself, noise drastically reduced. Turntable guide wheels are not a warrantable part cosmetics issue."

"Checked over unit and found fridge not calling properly and not holding temps, removed evap cover and found partial frost build up compressor running unit not cooling as designed, unit had a leak and or has a restriction unit will need to be sectioned off and blew out and checked for leaking customer does not want this unit anymore this is the 4th unit he has received with same issue advised customer he will need to call customer service and speak to someone about refunding him money he does not want unit fixed at all.
