Put unit into bake mode and let it pre heat to 350 degrees it beeped I checked temp it was at 265 degrees. "Cx complaint that the units oven intermittently works. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found no error codes and tested the unit for the cx. The issue is the oven not starting when the start button is pressed. The unit chimes and does not start heating. When the cycle and settings are selected, the start button eventually illuminates indicating the oven is ready to start. The start button can then be pressed and successfully start the oven. The cx and I demonstrated this process multiple times, he often worked every time. The unit is working as designed. They will call back if the issue continues to happen."

Complaint that the unit drain pump stayed on one night. Customer shut off the breaker. Found water under the float switch pad. Dried out all the drip pan out. "Complaint washing machine drains and fills without moving the basket at all over and over and over again control board randomly shuts its self off even at the beginning of the cycle washing machine starts jumping violently and making extremely loud, grinding clicking noises. Tested unit found unit not powering on check for voltage at outlet and receive 120VAC. Check power at board and voltage checks good no break in harness.
