"Complaint whenever fan is running on the microwave and I am cooking on the front two burners anything that has a lot of moisture in it. Steam will accumulate on the outer door panel and drip back down into the pots. Not sucking steam outside properly. I found microwave its a 220 CFM rated microwave, that is plunged deep into the cabinetry, allowing the front burners of the cooktop to protrude past the bottom of the microwave, allowing for excessive moisture to accumulate on the outer door panel of the microwave. No issues found with the micro venting system at this time."

Complaint dishwasher does not seem to dry dishes all the time properly. I found upon arrival clean light on heater still extremely hot to the touch all ceramic and glasses and silverware are extremely dry except for certain bowls and cups that have a rim with water pooling in the well of the dish. Normal operation and plastics that have condensation on them as well normal operation as plastic does not retain heat allowing for condensation to form leaving dish damp. Normal operation no error codes in diagnostics history found at this time either. Complaint that the burners are not lighting up properly and had a smell of gas and plastic. Found burner clogged and some smell of burnt food of plastic while cycling the oven. Found rodent droppings and mentioned to the customer that unit cannot be serviced. Mentioned to the customer to have those burners cleared out of the debris. Pilots work and the burners too. Collected trip fee.

"Tested unit and checked for errors found F0e5 off balance F0e3 over loaded f3e2 pressure system fault checked pressure hose and found connected and clear blew threw hose, ran unit threw a drain and spin and machine would get to 12 min and sit there never counting down for over 10 min, when pausing and restarting unit goes to 24 min and fills like an off balance cycle, tried to recalibrate and reset but same issue. Unit also would not connect to Wi-Fi and the Maytag app it would keep saying appliance already there and cancel it out, tried to scan new cntrl and would not work. Unit is going to need new main control due to faulty pressure switch and new console due to Wi-Fi issue. "Checked over machine and found unit would not complete a wash cycle unit would get to drain and keep going for hrs until customer shut unit down. Ran a diagnostics and found no errors ran unit thew a wash cycle and noticed wash times where not correct found when on a drain and spin unit would wash when in a clean cycle unit would drain and spin wile on a quick wash unit would be on a heavy wash, tried to recalibrate and same issue. Ran a few calibrations and wile running found unit also grinding checked and found Gearcase shaft dropped causing unit to grind, this is same issue plus some over and over unit should be replaced with new washer for customer in mean time will order new Gearcase,cam,console,cntrl, clutch and wire harness, parts tentative p/a ; ordrng 1 W11519741 (Console) and 1 W11624938 (Cntrl) and 1 W11449840 (Gearcase) and 1 W10721967 (Clutch) and 1 W11590868 (Harness)"
