"Customer complained unit wouldnt turn off. Customer had unit breaker off, said it was the only way to get it to turn off. Found unit wasnt hooked up to Wi-Fi. Customer said they had had it hooked up to Wi-Fi before, but it acted like it forgot the Wi-Fi or something. Customer said its intermittent and have had this issue before. Ran bake preheat 350? unit turned off. Called techline due to this being a reappearing issue. Came in December/ January for issue and have replaced Ui twice and control. Tech line said Ui would be only way to resolve issue. Sr#7739224633, said to call safety. Called safety, gave auth for parts only #wbdv40wp1. Quoted 255.73 for repair. Customer said he has an extended warranty. Will call them to set up repair. Needs UI part number W11297709 for repair."
