"Arrived, removed back. Tapped system with piercing valve on low side, running at -10. Unplugged refrigerator, allowed to sit for 15 minutes to equalize. Low side never came out of vacuum, only got to -4. Pressurized system with nitrogen to 250psi and checked for leaks using bubble solution. Found possible small leak in heat loop in drain pan but very hard to see. System lost approximately 10psi over 20 minutes and 25psi over 40 minutes. No leaks found in evaporator or other accessible tubing. Called tech line spoke to Daniel SR# 7741668054. Advised him of all findings and steps performed. He deemed unit unrepairable and is submitting it for review. Advised customer of tech line decision and that they should hear from Whirlpool in 3 to 5 business days."
