It wont start pulsing again right away but if cooktop isnt used for awhile it will pulse again if she just uses one burner. Looked at installation instruction and unit Shouid only have provided regulator attached to cooktop gas line. Unit has another regulator attached to gas line thats part of the home. Informed customer she should have only the regulator on that gas line for her cooktop . The other regulator is causing issues with the factory regulator causing pulsing issue with gas."

"Complaint drain pump came on and would not turn off. None of the controls were active after installing at a customers house. I found no error codes in fault history I found unit does have the newer control board on it already could not duplicate complaint ran unit through a cycle quick wash could not duplicate any issues. I did however find drain hose was defective used drain hose off of a different washing machine as it is store stock that was a returned product junk product. Cannot duplicate or find any faults nor abnormal noises I suspect at customers house they may have had a low water pressure issue, but as there are no error, codes in history cannot duplicate."
