Complaint dryer is not heating. I found thermal cut out. Fuse on heating element was open causing customer complaint issue to occur. I found root cause of issue was restricted vent going outside. Installed new top rail on left hand side as the seal was bad allowing water in to the light and leaking from the back side of gasket seal no leaks light functioning as designed after repair

On arrival customer had aluminum foil on the bottom of both stoves instructed customer they can not have that in there as it will not heat properly and stick to the bottom. I preheated stove to 350 under 10 minutes my meter read temps at 375 perfect temps for unit there is no functional failure on this stove. I can not repair something that is not broken customer will have to reach out to whirlpool for further actions. Called tech-line documented nothing more I can do sr number 7741710020

Replaced faulty control on arrival unit was stuck in drain. Ran diagnostics cycle and calibration to unit after repair no faults no errors unit working properly

"Dishwasher not draining properly, found clog inside the end of the drain hose and a split in the drain hose under the sink luckily it did not leak. Will need to order the drain hose. Presently the drain hose is not connected to the disposal. Instructed customer cannot reconnect the split drain hose order part. Found thermostat failure oven not heating to set temperature does not heat above 200 degrees and the cycle selector does not work on all settings will not broil or self clean PARTS ARE NLA thermostat 3178275 and cycle selector 3178237 parts are No longer available.

Customer says ice maker isnt draining and overflowing. This ice maker does not have the auxiliary pump for bin drain. Only gravity drain. Found problem is with the installation. Drain hose from home is kinked and not straight. Runs through floor so I could not see where it goes. Advised customer that they need to have installation corrected with proper drain line and routing.

Ck unit upon arrival and ran spin cycle on unit found no unusual noise coming from unit during agitation or spin cycle add 4 towels to unit and soak unit and ran same cycle. Still no noise tilt unit and found parts of cam kit melting. Replace cam from stock and calibrating unit and ran quick was unit unit start to agitate cancel cycle and ran drain and spin. Took photo, receipt has sale listed as laundry pair, but only gives serial number of washer, which serial matches washer next to dryer.. model number mismatch.Unit will not turn on, Dryer unplugged, plugged in and still not turning on connecters loose at terminal, but are touching. Incoming voltage is 205 l1- l2, 114 on one line to ground and 119 on other. "Unit pulled out on arrival, had turned on by itself and said lights on panel were flashing. No errors in history, drain pan dry with no signs of being wet.Console has bubbled up. Quoted for console/ui and labor. Denied as is working now."

"Checked over unit and found dryer would not start a cycle, wile turning knob to timed dry setting found timer not turning, found knob cracked and timer shaft striped out causing issues. Replaced timer and knob ran a cycle and unit is now advancing and working to specs"

"Tested oven and found customer had been using the bake cycle and it started to heat up and never stop then erroring out, ran diagnostics and found error F6e8 run away temp cleared code and ran a bake cycle finding bake element would come on never shutting off. Tested sensor and found reading 875 ohms out of range, replaced sensor and main cntrl due to relay sticking. Heated oven to 350 and unit is now heating up and cycling heat on and off properly"

Replaced lower oven control and verified fan is now working properly

"Intermittently clothes are wetter then they use to be, not stopping early, had load in washer that was pretty good (dry) saturation wise, ran drain and spin, drain pump running loudly, spun at speed fine. Emptied and ran normal cycle, filled but water level was quite low, when paused after running agitate for a bit , no standing water in tub.F5e2, f8e3, f3e2, f0e1- lid lock, overflow, temperature system, load during cleaning cycle, errors in history. Ran service test, went through all tests fine, filled with good amount of water and drained fine.There was a service pointer for wet clothes, but this unit is outside the serial range, it solution was a new console if not using too much soap and not a unbalanced load.Ran empty again and filled same, ran load with clothes and responded properly, adding quite a bit more water. Let agitate, cancelled and drained fine. Ran drain and spin and spun out fine. Errors not replicated at n tests by not seem to apply to issue. Possibly shocks have just worn so that there are more unbalanced loads, not noticeably bad when pressing on tub. Possible getting some basket resistance, thought feels normal."

Checked over unit and found fridge right door not sealing due to gasket ripped and mullion strip broken. Replaced gasket and heated to create a good seal replaced mullion strip and unit is now operating to factory specs

"Complaint not making ice for a long time slow to dispense water out of door even with no filter installed not cooling properly and entire refrigeration fresh food section or freezer freezer keeps clogging with ice and entire back freezes over solid forcing unit to be unplugged for about 2 to 3 days, causing water to leak onto floor During defrosting. I found air tower is broken. I found harness is crowding out at pin connector. will need new harness and defrost sensor by metal assembly. Will need new evaporator fan. Complaint refrigerator has been experiencing wild fluctuations in temperature in both zones of the refrigerator. Customer had advance appliance out and stated there was nothing he could do and left. I found compressor is making extremely loud screeching buzzing noises that is oscillating rapidly slightly annoying to extremely annoying. I found evaporator core house half of the top run producing a frost pattern that easily dissipates ordering compressor and inverter to fix.; ordrng 1 W11736670 (Compressor) and 1 W11685134 (Inverter)

The unit was unplugged from cabinet the main harness coming clip come in done due to foam from factory broke the foam off so clip can plug in properly

Found gear case shaft rusted needs gear case and hub repair declined

Complaint condensation forming on top of freezer door gasket leaking into freezer causing icicles in freezer. I replaced gasket reformed gasket no further issues found with refrigerator.
