"Checked over unit and found customer having issues with items still freezing in draws. Chcked temps and found unit reading 34 in draws and 38 in upper sections customer put unit up to 39 degrees. Checked air flow and found damper opening and closing normally and all functions working as designed advised there nothing more that can be done for freezing of items all parts have been replaced and are working normally that control temps customer may have to turn unit more. Advised there is no more fix for issue on this freezing items unit may need to be replaced with new customer will be calling manufacturer advised nothing more I can even do to stop from freezing they will need a second opinion in machine if it had not been replaced with a new unit, checked for service bulletins and damper issue had already been fixed and all other steps."

Complaint that the refrigerator is not cooling properly. Customer had the unit unplugged for over three weeks and plugged it on since yesterday and theres good frost pattern. Ran diagnostic test and found no issues with any of the components. All sensors and fans are running good. Good frost pattern on the evaporator coils. No issues and collected trip fee. Mentioned to the customer not to keep fridge outside of the home and to clear out the bottom vents from debris so compressor runs efficiently. Collected trip fee.

"Door not closing fully after numerous visits from another company. Door not closed all the way/not sealing on arrival (right rf door). Cs say they replaced hinges and gaskets. A screw on both closer brackets was loose, either backed out on own or not tightened. Tightened screw and this increased draw on door, closer more firmly. Also found gasket not fully seated on bottom on right door, corrected. This allows door to close better and is sealing when pushed in, but door will still pop open when allowing to self close. Not seeing original condition before previous work this may just be from gasket not formed to door yet, does close/seal and stay so after pressing on door. No interference other than gasket on door movement could be found.Original issue for cs was frost in freezer which door not closed, freezer of refrigerator, could cause."
