"Unit is under 1yr wp warranty per service bench. Cs complaint of unit not filling properly. Ran unit on test cycle with load of towels. Filled for a minute and went into wash, little water in unit towels mostly dry.Says it adds more water several minutes into cycle, but several times it would be agitating with no water in tub. F0e5 only error in history, cleared. Ran dlms calibration. Ran towels again on normal, filled longer and water. Unit n tub while agitating. Cancelled and ran drain and spin and ran again on towels. Again added decent amount of water cs to monitor."
