"Complaint water dripping out of door vent. I followed instructions on service pointer adjusted dryness level per question number six pots and pans adjusted for best drawing performance. Also adjusted vent so that metal of tub was no longer showing, causing a lip to occur, allowing water to stay inside of vent longer. I can push on door really really hard on the right side top and light will go off and microwave will work and operate. Just fine. Used a straight edge. Used shop vac to remove water from basket, removed clothes. Removed and replaced strike, plugged back in. Lid lock operating properly and washer operating normally. "Removed and replaced control, switch and lever. Reassembled, attempted to test dishwasher, console lights came on, attempted to start a cycle, control went blank and would not come back on. Checked and found dishwasher has 230 volts incoming power. Reading 124v on black wire to ground and 107v on white wire to ground. 230v between black and white. Advised customer that they need to have an electrician check and correct wiring to ensure proper voltage to dishwasher. Also advised them that this may have killed new control and Whirlpool may not cover further repairs under warranty due to this not being a manufacturer defect. Customer is going to have their contractor call electrician."
