"Complaint dryer making a burning smell while running smell is electrical in nature going all the way across house had to open up windows. I found resistance values are as follow. Heater 9.7 and oL to frame blower fan fuse .2 ohms. Motor 1.9 1.9 .3 and oL to case no wiring issues found the dryer issues found no roller issues found no blower motor issues found no timer issues found everything is working fine. I found burning smell was caused by power receptacle, melting where power cord is plugged into wall. No further issues found with dryer at this time.called safety file number 7738978563. "Cx complaint that the units burner does not have a full flame. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found the burners light fine, however the RR burner has intermittent flame height on high and take longer to boil compared to the LR burner with the same amount of water. The unit needs a new rear burner heads to resolve the issue. The cx has had multiple issues thus far owning the unit. The RF knob has melt from the heat at close proximity.
