Correction harness issue unit is located in a very tight spot . Correct harness issue and secure harness and ran drain and spin and unit drains all the water. Ck unit upon arrival and found left rear burner has a lot of debris which is causing unit to have a much longer delay with lighting. Screws would need to be drill out to replace burner inform customer I would need to order burner cap and screws but customer insisted he would call back for Cap in the Near future he just wanted the oven fix because I had the oven parts at the moment. Install ignitor and advance cycle and unit is now operating to manufacturers specs ; used 1 12400035 (Ignitor) from stock

Ck unit and found F9E1 error Code Long drain error. Ran diagnostic and found drain pump struggling to pump remove pump and found no object or garments in pump. Install pump from truck stock and fill unit with water and activate drain cycle and unit operating to manufacturers specs ; used 1 W10876600 (Pump) from stock

"7740308131 whirlpool file number complaint refrigerator making a grinding noise not making enough ice to keep up with demand water dripping from ice dispenser. Have to keep a paper towel down to absorb drips on dispenser area. I found grinding noise was caused by customers microwave. The fan motor will not turn off on microwave. Customer has a short advised them to unplug the microwave cause of grinding noise. Found moisture on dispenser could be caused by ice cubes getting stuck in the door or due to, several other factors verified freezer temps are -2 and fresh food temperature is 38.9? freezer is set at zero fresh food section at 37. I reset power at breaker panel also discovered refrigerator is not on a dedicated breaker entire kitchen is on the same breaker as the refrigerator. I filled ice chute with about 8 ounces of water and no leakage occurred. I filled continually with approximately 16 to 20 ounces of water and it started leaking normal door flap is creating a tight seal. Found upper gasket on door flap was installed backwards installed it properly and straight no additional issues found"

Complaint no lights on user interface no water will dispense from door either. I found mocks connector attaching to the back of the user interface. Main power connector was unplugged slightly causing customers issue. No broken wiring found left door with customer. Did not need to install new door.

"Two point ice ban is stuck cannot remove ice bin isnt taking any ice. I found icemaker was turned off, causing it not to make any ice. Found ice bin was stuck. Customers are in there. And do not have the physical strength to unstick ice spin to remove as it was installed crookedly customer also almost closed of a rubbing noise. Rubbing noise is the gasket on the refrigerator door gripping on the hinge side like it is supposed to nothing to fix. It is designed that way."

Complaint microwave oven light is not working. Relay is constantly clicking when microwave oven door is opened when doors closed clicking stops found clicking as caused by the microwave. Call tech line SR # 7740297373 we found defrost thermistor out of range it thinks the freezer is about 100 degrees. Per technical support the defrost. The thermistor is not on the parts breakdown. That is why we couldnt find the part. called Marcone. They couldnt find the part number called Randy. He was able to look up the part Replaced defrost thermometer from truck stock tested all OK steam evaporator coil.; used 1 WPW10384183 (THERMISTOR) from stock
