Complaint refrigerator freezer section back wall is frozen over has frost heavy developing on back wall. Condensation on the ceiling and door in the middle. I inspected door gasket resealed and reformed door gasket to ensure tight seal did not find any air leaks in door. I suspect food ors. Im sort of item may have been propping door open at the top slightly right in the center I found 45.8 ohms heater resistance I replaced defrost sensor I defrosted evaporator evaporator was completely frozen over hitting fan motor causing buzzing noise refrigerator is located in the garage. Garage is not climate controlled. Customer stated they do leave the door mainly closed. But keeping the door closed does not equate to climate controlled. operating temperature is 65 to a maximum of 90 ideal 70 to 75 operating temperature range. ; used 1 WPW10384183 (THERMISTOR) from stock

Fr was air temp after had been open for diagnosing, no product in fr.Lots of frost/frozen water droplets on ceiling of fr. Icemaker was in off position, but cubes were frozen and frozen water in bins.. along with one bag of ice that was not melting. Evap fan was surrounded by ice and cover was partially clogged, good evap frost pattern. Cleared ice build up and unit went into defrost as I was reassembling.Issue is same as previous repair, so just collected for service call. "Retuned to complaint of low cool. Upon arrival found unit not cooling properly. partial frost pattern on freezer evap coils. Only two bottom rings of coil covered. Checked pressure and with unit off found 20psi across both sides. filled with nitrogen at 125 psi, bubble checked all brazing points and lockring points , bubble tested inside on evap points, rechecked outside sections again and on screws around hinges no leaks detected per no bubbles. Pulled vaccum on unit and found resting on -23psi , after 20 minutes lost 2 psi resulting in -22psi. Can not find leaks on external sections. called techline to report leak in cabinet that can no be repaired. While on hold with techline unit went down to -19psi. Informed tech-line of findings. Techline agreed leak is in area that cant be repaired. Unit deemed as non repairable, SR#(7737051537) gave customer sr# to call warranty company to give information that unit is non repairable. Gave customer information and left unit unplugged and informed customer to not plug unit in."

Ran microwave 5 times on 1 minute cycles never heard any kind of sizzling sound. Preheated oven to 350 degrees and pre heated normally. I pulled unit from wall and dropped down UI board and inspected it and the ACU nothing was burnt on the components and all the wiring is in good condition with no burn outs present. Ice maker would not make ice due to bin being full when it was empty found ice maker arm had gotten hung up on ice not sensing ice level, removed ice and unit dumped and filled as designed. Advised customer on leaving tall stuff on top shelf this will block air flow advised need to leave room to unit can breath and move air. This unit had multiple problems. When I came out after 1st tech I found the ice maker fan running at very low rpm once the control board was replaced the fan motor is turning proper rpm now. Upon this visit I found the flapper sometimes will shut all the way and some times it will not. I had to manually push it shut with my finger. This allowing warm air to get into ice bucket and freeze everything together. New flapper assembly is needed.
