"Replaced upper fan for F8E0 original code lower fan would not turn on at all low or high or even hum. Upper fan would not turn on on low at all, but would go on high. Cycled power off to unit both fans started working perfectly fine. Replaced upper fan as it was still slow to turn on low. Lower fan is perfectly fine on both high and low settings after cycling power inspected harness extremely close to both fans unplugged each mole connector plugged each mole connector back in no frayed wires no broken wires. I suspect issue could be harness or main control again in nature. incoming voltages are correct and proper 246.3 across red and black 125.2 across black and white same across red and white same across green and black same across red and green."

Customer complained unit tripping breaker. Found unit is plugged into outlet that has two other outlets on breaker. Found compressor pulling 6amps when starting. Ran forced defrost on all fans and unut dud not trip breaker while at home. Compressor kicked on after forced defrost stopped and breaker flipped. Went to breaker box and breaker was still on posting. Flipped breaker to off and back on and breaker is now not sending 120v to outlets. Breaker is faulty. Informed customer to call electrician to replace breaker.

"Cs did not answer call enroute, on. Replaced n arrival a note addressed to me said to come in. Called out and no response. Checked unit. Water was off/turned on in basement. Pulled unit out and ran 5 glasses of water through dispenser. No leak found. Advanced icemaker and no leak found. No water in catch pan. There is signs of water leaking under valve assy drain tube is also there. Poured water down evap drain and leaking right from connection to evap drain. Pulled out drain hose, blew out and reinserted, tested again and no leaks."

Incoming voltage is 245 V AC across red and black 124.3 across black and white 124.5 across red and white when heating element kicks on voltage drops 240.1 V AC heater is only getting warm is never getting hot hot. I replaced heating element thermostats Heater is now glowing red hot but voltage is still dropping from 245 V AC to 240 V AC. Customer needs to have wiring inspected of house. Just to be safe no further issues found with dryer at this time. No wiring issues seen. Control looks fine.; used 1 WP3387747 (ELEMENT) from stock

Complete dishwasher will not drain water from basin. I found drain pump is operating normally and properly. I found sink under drain is corrugated with someone installed heater hose directly behind dishwasher versus drain hose heater hose has collapsed and pinched causing issue to occur. Unit will needcorrugated drain hose to repair install base issue. I and I fulfilled.

Complaint unit not filling with water. I found sump motor assembly had failed.
