"Tested unit and found freezer keeping items cold but not freezing them fridge section cold but not cooling properly, ran diagnostics to checked fan motors and found freezer fan not running wile going thew diagnostics unit keep shutting down and kicking me out then resetting found freezer fan motor shorted causing unit to not cool in fresh food and cause freezer issue. "Cx complaint that the unit is leaking water during cycles. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found error codes: f0e5 f0e3. I cleared the codes and ran a service cycle. All components passed with no issues or leaks. I ran 2 more service cycles, still no signs of leaks. I used my 5 gallon bucket and pour an entire bucket of water and allowed it to drain, still no leaking. I did notice the drain tube into the standpipe had about 1.5 ft of the tube in the standpipe. This probably causes the drain issues clogging the standpipe. I corrected the drain tube position and tested the unit for the cx. The unit is working as designed. I asked the cx to keep an eye on the unit to see if it occurs again.I collected"

Cx complaint that the unit is making weird noise during the spin portion of cycles. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found the unit does not spin well at all. It agitates fine but during spin the hub drive and gear case are not catching. I removed the agitator and found the gearcase shaft worn out not allowing it to catch the hub drive. Both gearcase and hub drive need to be replaced to resolve the issue. I quoted the cx for the repair and collected the service call fee by CC.
