"Unit is under authorization J1EB371DPL1. Has had numerous issues since purchase, looks like our first time out. Unit has been getting f8e-4, water down in tray, unit slightly tipped forward. Adjusted front feet to have unit slightly tipped back, cleared tray and showed cs where it was. Explained possible dish placement or soap image can cause overflow. Ran diagnostic cycle and completed fine. Drain motor is working but a little rough sounding.Only other error in history was a f9e2. Removed pump and signs something scraped, but not in the rear this times , when running empty could hear pump falter, changing sounds to almost just a hum at times. Per office notes attempted to contact tech line to document, no answer after 30 minutes, ended call.Replaced drain pump and running smoother with no variance like old pump.Cs to monitor"

Completed fine.Unit is on a 20a newer breaker and an electrician was out pronouncing electric good and says it is only outlet on that breaker. Cs says they also tried on another outlet and it also tripped there and that is also a 20A breaker. No signs of damaged wires on lower unit. Called techline. Documented findings. "Complaint that unit had frost in freezer, then was freezing items in ff. Fr empty on arrival and no frost. Removed evap cover and not a heavy frost pattern but some built up where the vents are coming in from the ff section. And light frost across most of front of evaporator. Unit is on its one setting warmer then recommended setting. Decent airflow into ff. Description sound like a door wasnt closed fully, frost built up and reduced airflow. Doors are sealing fine (cs did previously have gasket issues, no major gaps between liner/casing. Verified condenser fan running. Possible beginning of a sealed system issue, but not enough evidence to show. Turned unit back to recommended setting and cs will monitor"
