Complaint no ice. Ran test 56 no errors. Ran test 57 ice maker cycles though harvest and dropped ice. Test 36 ice fan cones on. Test 37 thermistor passed. Ice bin was full of clumped ice. Cleared ice bin. Tested ok. Advised to allow 24-72 hours for a full bin.

"Complaint clothes still damp when dryer turns off and the lint screen is hard to put in with only a little lint on the screen as the lint falls off the screen into the duct when she pulls it out. Lint screen is testing ok. Did vent test with the vending attached 3x, no movement poor air flow. Tested 3x with the venting disconnected and tested fine good air flow. Advised customer to have venting cleaned to the outside. Unit operations tested ok. Left compressor evaporator core with customer issue is a defrost based issue unit not going in a defrost for upper evaporator not going in defrost for lower evaporator. Both are frozen over started within two months of customer owning product. I am ordering control for misters and evaporator fan motor for freezer zone and all associated parts. no sealed system issues found today. Will need a 2X timeslot as unit is a built-in refrigerator Office to call customer when all parts come in. Customer is aware that he may need to power off unit 24 hours before arrival or more depending on level of ice buildup on a evaporator course. Replaced belt and idler pulley. Tested in timed dry and unit is tested making and heating fine; dspstn on spec-tagged invntry: 1 6602-001655 BELT and 1 DC93-00634A IDLER PULLEY

Middle rack pulls out but falls down to the ground. Found the clips. Wheels came off track. Was able to pop clip out and get the rack to move properly. All checks ok.

Installed new motor and wheel. Cleaned lint out of lint chute all checks ok.

Installed all new lets ran self test and no errors found all checks ok.

Evaporator fan motor assembly found lots of foam insulating material yellow foam was causing fan blade to not spin properly all the time I removed no additional issues found with refrigerator at this time. All operations are normal as of right now.

Arrived and refrigerated was moved to the basement and the doors removed and left off. Removed old compressor and Installed new compressor and filter drier. Was piping it all up to before I brazed it to make sure filter drier would clear the drip pan on top of compressor and the aluminum cap tube broke off with about 1 feet inch sticking out. Can not complete repair. Called tech support documented my findings unit not repairable SR#7739917839

"Icemaker hasnt been working for several months.After switching a water filter they had found leaking in basement, water poured out of freezer and freezer not cooling. They had removed filter and turned off water, has not leaked since.fr has started to get cold again. Measured 0 in freezer. Installed new filter, had water turned on and no leaking found, dispensed water until all air out of system, dispensing fine. Looks like water leak from filter had jammed evap fan/airflow which caused fr to not cool, fr and dispenser working fine now. Replaced ce maker did not advance to n testing. "Complaint of getting float sensor error when running. Unplugged on arrival, cs said they didnt see any water under unit. Ran normal cycle and pulled unit out, no leaking found, drained and started cycle again with no leaking found. Unit drains fine, did see some water stains in bottom tray coming from door overflow catch. Possible too much soap or dish placement, but not leaking in testing. Suggest less soap, looking at dish placement and running cleaner like Affresh on regular basis.no failure found at this time"

Complaint dryer is not heating I found incoming voltages are improper I have 70 vac across red black 122 vac white black 4.2 vac red white. Heater has 9.8 ohms of resistance and thermal cut out its .2 ohms of resistance no issues found with dryer at this time voltage issue.

Inspected and found unit was reset by customer and running normally at proper temps in both compartments. No problems found today. 30 days on trip fee if customer needs us back out.

Re checked items with tech line including pressures ( pulls about -10 when running) it failed in test 39 compressor ramp speed, would come on very low and running for about 5 seconds before stalling out and then start again.. was set at speed 99. Pressure would fluctuate between 10 and 5 while doing this. Would not come out of diagnostics and was intermittently on/off when entering diagnostics throughout testing. Techline determined that it has a u/i issue and said to replace main board at same time. Same sr #.UI/i and main board ordered.
