I found door hinge is rubbing against trim kit, causing spring assembly to not function properly unit would need panel trim piece adjusted and bent or trimmed to avoid hitting spring closure assembly. Called with eta. On arrival no one was here. Found unit pulled out with no evidence of water leaking out of unit. Found excess ice in freezer and moisture in fresh food section. Removed all ice and moisture from the unit. On further inspection found that fill tube extension has been installed on this units ice-maker fill tube. Extension was pushed flushed against ice-maker fill funnel causing water to escape from fill tube and leak on back panel and collect in freezer and Ff section. Trimmed extension tube and reinstalled tube and ice-maker. Ice-maker and water to unit was off on arrival. No one here to sign water disclaimer. NOT turning water or ice-maker on due to no one here to sign said disclaimer. If call back for same issue order icemaker installation kit and extension.
