Customer complain unit was making ice cream then stopped branding it through service test all functions working but took a little too long to cool down evap. Found condenser completely covered with dust ran unit through production started.

Return to install part ordered installed recirculation pump with water sensing float installed part unit filled with water stopped and started circulating. Compressor came home started cooling ice production started. Customer wanted me to turn it off so that he could clean it.collected remainder of bill 159.38. Customer had paid for previous work and parts before last service call. This invoice only shows payment for part installed today.

Customer complain breaker flipping intermittently inspected power power was proper 240 V took off back panel. Inspected all wires no signs of thermal damage or arcing no shorts to ground element or anything else. Rent on Kick Drive for the most part of being here unit heated properly and cycled the proper temperatures. Moved pigtail around while running no loss of power no arcing could not find issue. Inform customer issue persist get electrician to check breaker.

Complaint that the refrigerator is not cooling. Found start device running hot and switching off. Found bad compressor. Customer declined to fix the unit do to unknown age. Collected trip fee.

"Arrived, customer said that ice maker was replaced for the second time just a week ago by Advanced Appliance. Compressor was also replaced by Advanced approximately a little over a month ago. She called Whirlpool and we are here as a second opinion. Found just a few dudes in bin. Entered diagnostics, test 56, found E5 error but do not know if that is a new error or old. Ran test 57, ice maker cycled and returned to home position properly. Ran fill test 45, valve activated and filled correctly. Ran tests 36 and 37 for ice box fan and thermistor, both test good. Checked temps in FF and freezer, reading 37 and 9 degrees. Cycled power to refrigerator to clear error and reset. Called tech line spoke to Brandon SR# 7739510725 he said there are a couple of possibilities. If error code was never cleared it could prevent ice production. Other possibility is a sealed system issue not getting freezer temp low enough. He said to have customer monitor unit of the next 48 to 72 hours and see if ice production starts. Advised customer of recommendation. She is going to monitor and let us know. Collected for service call on cc."

Evaporator has a full frost pattern going all the way up evaporator core still unit has made a full bucket of ice since last visit told customer unit will cool fresh food zone to desire temperature then shut off compressor no matter what temperature is in freezer as there is only one thermometer and thats for the fresh food zone section. I vent in fresh food section as it is a manual to slow down the airflow coming from freezer zone so that the fresh food zone is slower to get down to temperature All food was frozen upon arrival and ice was frozen in the bin not liquidy. No further issues found with refrigerator at this time after replacing parts. Unit is producing a much greater airflow. "Even after replacing the door icemaker and test 44 is still displaying 23 error code I checked yellow, yellow and orange wiring at the bottom of the door half .3 ohms of resistance through .8 ohms of resistance I checked yellow and orange wiring at main control per tech line. I have open resistance , I checked yellow and orange wiring where it plugs into liner going back to control I have open resistance should have backfeed resistance from main control per Whirlpool Techline unit is no longer repairable as there is a break in the main wiring harness in the liner 7739505711 file number. Techline states it will take 3 to 5 days for order to process before they will reach out to customer maybe longer maybe shorter."

Complaint no power to use your interface no lights on inside of dryer. I found neutral lug was slightly loose. I also found customers house breaker was tripped. I tightened power cord lug reset breaker found breaker immediately tripped one time and then was able to reset breaker the second time without it tripping again I suspect is weak no further issues found with dryer dryer is heating just fine. Dryer is also operating with no issues throughout all cycles. Tested moisture bar sensor and diagnostics no fault codes in error diagnostics

Complaint oven bake section is not heating. I found bake element as failed. Broil element and convection element ring heater are working properly. Oven has white powder from where bake element has failed all over inside of oven cavity. Unit has several parts that are no longer available customers going to replace oven rather than fix oven.

Customer well its really bad start shaking brand unit was several towels when unit got to spin high-speed spin started shaking violently ordering inner drum and suspension informed customer is authorized.
