Checked lid switch and found hinge on left side loosened up not hitting switch causing no power to machine. Adjusted and tightened arm for lid switch ran unit threw a wash and spin checking all operations and unit is now working properly.

Ck unit upon arrival customer stated that on multiple occasions unit would leak water all over the floor ran deep fill wash cycle and monitor unit also tilt unit to look under neat while unit was filling and found no major pours. Customer did I stated that he would wash and found no leaks for a few days and on occasion he would found pools of water check all water connection at drain pump and at drain hose and monitor and found leaks from any of the exterior line also check pressure hose and found no leak or pinch. Only found small drip from hose connected to household pipe customer stated that drip is not enough to create the amount water that was on the floor which cause floor to now buckle take picture of floor and drips from connection and inform customer unfortunately because of intermittent leak I was unable to Locate a leak

"Customer stated that she had her water heater replaced recently. I found that the top framing that the door closes on to was bent upward causing door to not close properly to engage the door switch. Im assuming that the people who serviced her heater bent the top trying to pull the unit out. I forced the framing back in place, door closes flush now and unit tests fine. Took a pic of the top right screw the the access panel because I wanted to check the control but the screw is striped and will not back out, luckily did not need access to control. But if she had future issues this will be problematic."
