"Went threw unit and found customer had an issue with items freezing in top shelf of fridge freezer building frost around light switch and ice cream soft. Ran diagnostics and found damper opening and closing normally all thermistor working normally checked condenser and found clean. Found temps to warm adjusted to factory settings and adjusted freezer door to seal witch was causing warm temps and moisture, advised on hot days there will be some moisture build up and fridge will run more this will be normal. All operations are now working to specs"

"Cs has had a second company come out and has issue with how compressor replacement had been done by us previously. Sound made was not abnormal for a compressor. Replaced compressor, pulled into vacuum and held pressure, charged with 4.5 oz r134a and let unit run. Pressures were around 0 on lows side and 100 on high, added a little more refrigerant and getting around 10 and 125, does run a bit louder with more refrigerant added. Let a little out and keeping a same sound level, which is pretty much the last compressor had on arrival. Equalizes at about 15. Spoke with Randy at office this replacement is a larger compressor then original. Removed charge and recharged, same results pressure wise. Return line getting hot. Cs to monitor"

Complaint leaks water into the refrigerator zone all day every day have to keep containers for water or it will leak onto the floor. I found complaint true I found whoever installed icemaker did not properly install filter tube as it was not connected to icemaker properly. Replaced filter tube properly also found all the ice that have been leaking caused drain tube to freeze over and back up. Also causing water when unit would go to defrost to run down vent tube. Checked over unit and found no water entering machine found float stuck down from plastic lid removed lid and unit is now filling and washing. Chcked spray arms and found clogged cleaned arms and when washing motor making a little grinding noise motor is working but may need to be replaced soon. Dispenser is missing spring and will not open and stay open so soap can wash out dispenser will need to be replaced advised customer for now soap can be put in bottom of unit. Dishwasher is working

Ck unit upon arrival per customer after previous departure when parts was install freezer compartment started to feel like freezing temperature. The following morning both compartment was back to feeling hot. Set unit to test 40 to put 3way valve in Homes position and Connect gauges to check pressure and found low side 4 inches in a vacuum. Found high side still sitting at 0PSI. Remove shredded valve from high side of system and no Freon comes out. Flash 200PSI of nitrogen from low side into system and I can hear gurgling within the cabinet as I keep flashing nitrogen the gurgling stop and all the from blow out through the high side port. Pressurize system and monitor system and found no drops in pressure after being hold for 15 to 20 Mins. Vacuum only high side for 15Mins then open up low side to vacuum both side. Charge system and found no drop in pressure inform customer 24Hr for proper cooling
