"Ran machine and found unit making a banging noise wile running and unit not level, adjusted legs to level tub and checked noise. Found noise coming from drain hose hitting cabinet causing a loud noise, strapped drain hose in place to stop from rubbing ran a wash and a spin cycle and unit is now spinning and washing properly. Advised if any off balance load they need to pause machine adjust clothing and restart. All operations now working to factory specs"
