"Complaint of not cleaning well. Has cleaned filter and basically washing dishes by hand before running through dishwasher. Mid spray arm had some obstruction, cleared what was seen. Ran cycle and not getting spray arm movement, moved height of middle rack, but same. lower is a moving power bar instead of spray arm. Moved to center of unit and had moved itself back to him position while running. Found mesh filter was clogged, cleaned and ran again. Still no spray arm movement, removed and it comes apart so was able to clean it thoroughly, more debris was clogged inside. Tested again and now getting spray arm movement. Cleared top spray arm as well. Returned mid shelf to starting height and verified movement.Cs to monitor, definitely did not have water movement on arrival and is moving now."

Complaint freezer is frosting over. Frost seems to be superficial frost only customer also notated condensation at the very top of the freezer door. I removed freezer door bumps and fresh food bump stops that were causing gasket to not close all the way. Gaskets are now ceiling properly and door has vacuum that is created after closing doors Advise customer that frost developing underneath of fresh food vent is due to excessive humidity in atmosphere cannot do anything about frost developing assembly issues found at this time. Issues are all cosmetic nature as of right this moment advised customer that when issue starts to affect the cooling of the refrigeratoror freezer is no longer cosmetic space then becomes functional based issue.

Customer said it was only on heavy duty setting started heavy duty setting and noticed you customer was using extra power setting inform customer extra power setting will use little to no water at the beginning of cycle for a better chemical and mechanical washing customer if he wants more water during wash do not use extra power setting warm unit is working as designed. On heavy duty and started washing normally. Verified proper operation. If callback out for same issue will have to charge customer due to unit not having any functional failures. Customer wanted to get unit replaced inform customer. He will have to contact Whirlpool customer service or the place he bought the unit unit unit is working as designed and does not need to be repaired, I am only here to repair functional failures. verified proper operation"
