I noticed the wash plate cap has a hard time staying in place. I removed the cap and found one of the cap bent outward not allowing the cap to sit level. Inside of the house vent covers were creating an air restriction, preventing steam and moisture from exiting the inside of a microwave. I found microwave is heating normally for the specific model new heating issues found no additional venting issues found after removing the covers. "Complaint dishwasher leaking from the door area. Dishwasher will not complete a cycle within the first five minutes. Dishwasher will shut itself down and start going. Ti da Di dong. Chiming I felt door gasket had collapsed in top left-hand corner, creating a leak I found drain plug on disposer was still intact. House is under construction as a remodel not a new build. I found dishwasher was in properly. Installed front of dishwasher was lower than the back of the dishwasher. Back of the dishwasher was jacked all the way up with leveling legs. I also found dishwasher was improperly wired, wired up backwards ground wire was being used as a hot wire white neutral wire was being used as a grounding wire. I fixed voltage issues I fixed, leveling issue. I fixed door gasket issue removed disposer drain plug, tested operations, verify dishwashers operating normally now with no further issues. Found no leaks found either. ; used 1 W11483553 (GASKET) from stock"

Complaint turntable is not working. I walked in the house open closed the microwave door Firm. I tested microwave. Everything is working properly 4 times As soon as I went to leave customer tested unit and it stopped working again. I found control relay is getting extremely hot. I replaced both the turntable motor and the relay control board together and tested operations. Customer tested operations. Everything is now working fine as intended.

Complaint making a loud vibrational noise almost grinding noise. Whenever the blower fan or microwave is used. I found punch from when microwave blower fan was installed to vent out.
