"Complaint dishwasher leaking water from underneath. Wheels keep falling off not washing dishes properly. I found dishwasher leaking water from motor. Sump diverter I found also that the wheels on the lower rack keep falling off. Not staying in place anymore. Wheels are broken due to normal usage. Also found upper spray arm tube has a hole melted through it from where at some point in time it had gotten on the heating element somehow. Unit will need the upper spray, arm assembly and the wheels to completely fix. Ive also found wire rack is pulling on door gasket, causing gaskets to fall out of the channel that supports the gasket and keeps it attached to the dishwasher. I adjusted upper rack. "Cx complaint that the unit is not making ice and there is a loud buzzing sound. I inspected the unit and confirmed the complaint. The fc temp is a little warm (11 degrees), rc is good (38degrees). I ran multiple tests for Th IM: 57,56,45,36 & 15. All passed except 36 for the ice box fan, the speed is very low. I ran the evap fans, the noise is from the evap fan hitting the ice building up. The unit needs a new evap motor harness to replace the defrost bi metal. Im ordering an ice box fan as well to resolve the issue.
