Upon arrival unit was powered down. customer said they already had another technician come out in order parts cabinets are yellow from overheating. Door is locked and wont open and you I will not come on when breaker is flipped on. customer does not want to use unit again. Model number is not the same model number as on ticket and cannot get picture of serial number.model number on unit is Kose500ess05. Called safety to inform of situation. "Prior to removing old compressor, evacuated refrigerant, charged with nitrogen to 150psi, checked and found no pressure on low side. Pressures would not equalize. Removed suction line, attempted to blow out system, no flow from suction line. Removed drier from refrigeration loop. Have flow from heat loop but none from cap tube. Called tech line spoke to Bruce SR#7740041312 per his recommendation, put process fitting on cap tube, gradually pressurized to 250psi no flow through cap tube. Called back to tech line spoke to Derek, unit is being submitted for review for replacement."
