Two point oven will not ignite. I replaced all previously ordered parts tested operations no further issues found.

"File number 7741943148 file number complaint over cooling in fresh food section making weird noise have to push doors closed intermittently when shutting or door will pop open after shutting refrigerator doors. I found ambient air temperature in home is 99? with a 60% relative humidity rate. I advised the customer that the operating temperature maximum is 92? minimum is 65? ideally temperature should be around 78? for proper operating temperature to occur. Compressor is currently operating at 230?F hot if ambient temperature is not lowered sooner will probably be looking at a compressor failure as unit is not designed to operate at these temperatures. Unit over cooling as fresh food zone cannot keep up uses temperature sensor to cool fresh food section down to desired temperature if thermister is not satisfied, unit will continue to cool until thermister is satisfied. Tech line advising to instruct customer. If we come back, Whirlpool advising to charge customer if temperatures are still excessively high causing issues with refrigerator. I replaced temperature sensor today. Corrected condenser fan motor where it was hitting, causing noise, stopping motor from spinning intermittently as well."

Traced wires from each valve to board and each live wire had connectivity common wire did not. Harness is discontinued, unrepairable, attempted to find another nuetral, but when jumped unit shorted. No leakage occurring after charging system with 200 psi of nitrogen. Performing a sweep charge before charging with refrigerant and then vacuuming down system to -28.5 psi.

Confirmed low flow error. Replaced valve and confirmed operation. Also found drain lime was installed 3 feet in there stand pipe causing water to come back in the washer. Corrected. Unit checks fine

"Unit has 12 years of extensive use, currently in use at the time of arrival making the right hand side to hot to service. Took pics.Customer informed me that there were screws missing from previous work. Found that right burner heads missing screws, middle burner head screw head broken off. Plugged in unit to confirm error. There was clicking as soon as unit received power after a few clicks there was a loud arc explosion within the unit. I unplugged the unit asap. Not able to determine the source of arcing and unable to disassemble unit at this time. Documented with Techline SR7741910068, Documented with Safety, Safety Documented as misuse by customer considering that unit is unplugged and customer is manually ignited the burners and the excessive amount of ware and tear. Complete dryer is not getting hot timer is not moving. I found timer motor has broken plastics inside of it preventing it from moving locking up the motor gear. Replaced timer also found unit is not getting correct. Voltages always power cord is sizzling in the wall can hold power cord just right everything works properlycan hear cord sizzling no further issues found with dryer at this time customer to fix electrical issue

Installed new flapper and motor for condensation under the ice bucket.

On arrival unit is cooling properly verified unit defrost heater is working properly check bi metal for damage switch to timer defrost in diagnostics evap fan condenser fan all functional customer states the fridge as been working a month defrost heater test fine as well. At this time all checks are good customer stated the fridge as twice in the last two months just stop cooling in fridge section and he would unplug and plug it back it would work I see no issues with defrost. Complaint dryer is not heating. I found thermal cut out was open. Ck unit upon arrival and found right door gasket rip with magnetic strip expose. Also customer stated left side rail had frost build up due to door being left open. I replaced all previously ordered parts tested operations. Upper light is now working properly with no further issues found. No additional issues reported by customer at this time.

Found ice and bottom of freezer from clogged drain line. Quoted repair. Took off drain line and flushed it. Removed ice buildup. Verified unit now draining properly. Collected via check .

Sr 7741911993 complaint glass top gets too hot and when the oven is running the front top of the door gets hot and so does the glass top. door seal has been replaced by a prior service company tested all OK checked rear venting. It is properly attached and insulated customer instruction range is working as designed. Theres nothing we can do to change the way it operates

Found failure tachometer needs actuator part not on truck. Order part call 7819539341 prior to appointment; used 1 W10913953 (ACTUATOR) from stock

Looking at sealed system error, possible obstruction, explained costs and possible results. Cs paid for service call only via cc"

Complaint that the range has the same error code as before on previous issues which was fixed F9E0. Verify all connections and harness is not the issue. Needs ned replacement on both controls. "Arrived to replace door. Customer says that condensation and moisture on door has stopped and is not having the issue now. Does not want door replaced and declined repair. Wanted me to take door.
