I removed the evap cover and found ice built up on the first 12 inches of the cap tube to the evap with no full frost pattern. I ran the compressor test for 15 min to see the unit evap frost pattern while cooling. No frost pattern past the area that already ice (about 12 inches). The unit needs a new evap to resolve the issue.
