Found evaporator fan motor making loud noise. Thought it may be vibration but I pushed on evaporator cover and checked all cover mounting screws they were tight. At this time Im going to recommend replacing the evaporator fan motor. Part#W11661931; ordrng 1 W11661931 (Evap fan motor)

"Found the machine making a loud noise when calling for water at dispenser,sounds like the water valve is partially defective and spitting and sputtering also ordering reservoir just in case they may be some air trapped in it. Retuned to install parts ordered. Installed new inner tub hub and Washplate. Reassembled unit and ran both spin and agitate functions and no noise detected. Ran quick wash and unit filled and started agitating with no noise. After running unit noise came back. Found noise is from cam slipping. Inspected and replaced cam and issue stil present. Found oil on new gearcase shaft under cam .thought oil was from previous gearcase/job but found shaft has too much play and is causing cam wheel to go too low and miss cam teeth in agitate mode. This is causing noise. New gearcase was faulty. Ordering new gearcase. Scheduled return call for 8-1-23 pm. ; ordrng 1 W11454372 (Gearcase) and 1 2xtimeframe (2xtimeframe)

Found unit with a lot of moisture inside and refrigerator door not closing fully. Unit is on an unleveled floor and this has caused the refrigerator to twist causing the door to have a large gap at the top near the door handle. Recommend leveling unit and flooring. All components passed with no issues. I used the DW clear door and noticed the lower the middle spray arm has trouble rotating. I examined them and noticed they both have a crack in them. The sprays arms needs to be replaced to provide better rotation and cleaning performance. Im ordering the parts for the return visit. "Cx complaint that the unit constantly flashes a f8e4 error code and wont drain. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found the code saved (f8e4). I cleared the code and ran a service cycle. I checked the float switch, it was full of water. I seen no leaks during the service cycle, all components passed with no issues. I suggested to keep an eye out for anymore leaks and make sure no items are blocking the spray arms rotation to prevent intermittent leaks. The unit is working as designed."

"Unit not heating,but running through cycle, no sound of magnetron running. Capacitor check with spec .96uf, getting .5 and .2 on transformer windings. Verified 120v to transformer. Reassembled unit and tested again. Magnetron now running and heating. Estimate for magnetron saved, but as of now is functioning."

Cx complaint that the unit is not dispensing cold water. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. The unit is cooling fine and cool water is being dispensed. The reservoir only holds about 2 cups of water so after 2 cups of water the unit will dispense warmer water until cools again. The unit is working as designed.

"Cx complaint that the unit is leaking gas. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. Piedmont gas came out and said the 2 left burners are leaking. When I arrived the main valve to the unit was off (I did not smell any gas), the cx said he smelled gas with the main valve off. I turned on the main valve and tested the burners, all worked fine. I removed the cooktop and applied bubble water to all joint connections. I waited 10 min no bubbles, I applied more bubbles still no water. I opened a valve to simulate a gas leak to let the cx know what it smells like. There are no apparent leaks at the moment. The front middle burner did have stains on and around the burner head and orifice from food spilling. I cleaned it.I called techline to document the issue. Based on my diagnosis they concluded that the unit does not have any leaks. If the smell is indeed present when the main valve to the unit is off then the cooktop is not the source the potential gas leak. They said the cx is okay to use the unit. The unit is working as designed. The cx does not seem comfortable using the cooktop, so I turned the main valve off as it was. cx did not provide a signature at the end of the service.Sr7736947764"

"Cx complaint that the unit is not making ice. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found the IM was on, I ran a harvest test. The IM stopped midway because of ice stuck together hitting the side. I pulled the ice out and tested the unit for the cx. The unit is working as designed. I left the part with the cx."

"Cx complaint that the units door is not aligned causing the light to stay on intermittently. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found the right hinge not sitting correctly. I removed the door and examined the hinges, the hinges are good. I responded the door in the correct position. The light stays on, I have to push door to turn the light off. The unit needs a new door switch to use the oven with no issues. I ran a bake cycle and the unit repeatedly turned the oven lights on as if the door were opened, I pushed the door and the lights turned off. Tested unit and found washer operating normally ran diagnostics and found error F8e6 lid open for ten min or longer customer had a video of same error advised of lid is left open for a long period of time machine will shut done error out and drain if needing lid open customer needs to cancel out cycle and restart. Ran and cleared errors checked all functions and unit is operating properly

"Checked over oven due to customer getting a gas smell in the house when unit is not in use, went threw all burners and bubble tested each connection found no leaking tested main connection coming in from house to oven and no leaking, checked each burner and found front left knob broken causing burner to say it is off but it is not and gas is leaking out a little bit at a time causing the smell. Unit would need new knob to fix issue customer will order a knob on there own unit is operating properly"

"Checked over unit and found both sections not cooling good found frost building up on rear wall of evaporator causing no cooling, removed evap cover and forced unit into a defrost cycle, found unit not turning heater on to defrost it self. Secured entire wire harness and moved away from evaporator to stop from ice ing up on wires, melted al, ice and unit is now cooling and operating to specs"

"Dryer running normally at time of visit. Customer sent me a video of the machine making a noise but I cannot get it to duplicate the noise. Customer says it happens toward end of cycle, I checked rollers, belt, blower housing, motor and no noise coming from those components I did find the idler pulley little noisy when moving side to side. I lubed up the pulleys and rollers just to see if that would cure the issue. At this time without hearing the noise I cannot determine the problem. Possibly could be motor going bad after getting hot thru entire cycle but I havent seen any evidence of that. This unit is running and operating normally unit checked ok(Call complete)"

Found leak on drier filter where I had replaced it during compressor change. Brazed line again bubble checked for leaks 4 times and seen no more bubbles. Rechecked all my other braze work and I had no bubbles. Recharged unit to 4.2 oz of R134a. Unit took charge and is holding advised customer to give unit 48 hrs before loading back up with groceries.Unit running and checked ok(Call complete)

Found chip in top paint. Unit will need new top. Customer refuses service and wants new machine. Referred customer to builder for replacement.
