Cx complaint that the unit is not finishing cycles. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found the unit starts cycles but stops at the drain portion of the cycle. The drain pump hums and a burning smell emits. I checked under the unit and found the belt slightly torn and the drain pump makes a noise when its rotated even by hand. The unit needs a new drain pump and belt to resolve the issue. Im ordering he part for the return visit. "Cx complaint that the unit stops mid cycle. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found the unit starts cycle fine with no problem. I ran a service cycle, all components passed with no issues. I checked the ohms reading for the heater element circuit and thermistor. Both had good readings: 13.8 ohms & 40.3k ohms. I noticed the harness had melted to the inner door insulation. I corrected the harness position and wrapped the harness in e tape to help prevent the issue from occurring again. I tested the unit for the cx. The unit is working as designed. I collected the service call fee by CC."

Cx complaint that the unit is is not cooling well in the RC nor do the lights or dispenser work. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found the dual valve is continually humming and all RC lights are off. I cycled power and disconnected the dual valve. The lights immediately worked and the dual valve stopped humming. However the dual valve is no longer dispensing water to the IM or water dispenser. The voltage is being sent to the dual valve and it hums when each side engages. "On arrival unit is plugged in and lights on but nothing is running, no compressor or fans. U/I responding, put each section into power cool and no change. Checked control board, fuses check fine, took out and reseated each connection, no change, checked voltage at harness to plug, verified 120vac, when plugged harness back in the compressor did start and red light blinked on board though compressor is very quiet, light was not on previously.Condenser fan not running, found mouse jammed in fan. Cleared mouse and fan running.Unplugged and plugged back in, not running again and light is not on again. Compressor/condenser fan kicked on about 5 minutes later, possible was in defrost mode.Let run for another 10 minutes.Quoted for main in control, but have not been able to verify proper operation of compressor, r600a unit.Fr is starting to get cooler, fr down to 48 and dropping . Collected just for labor at this time and cs will monitor."

Cancelled cycle, washer began to drain, noticed water level rising in standpipe in wall. Stopped washer before it could overflow. Showed customer the issue and advised they have a plumber clear the drain line in wall."
