Upon arrival found f9e1 error. Took out unit and inspected entire drain line. Found unit had two drain lines and one drain line that was hidden in cabinet was impeding draining and letting water sit and collect debris. Unit would drain but it made the draining process slower. Took off one drain line and reinstalled unit. Also found disposal wasnt draining properly due to clogs in disposal from food and use. was able to flush disposal so that unit could drain but informed customer if issue happens again to get plumbing checked because if disposal wont drain dishwasher wont drain. Ran unit and unit drained into bucket properly. Verified proper operation by filling unit 2 more times and successfully draining unit into designated drain line port on disposal. Called techline and stayed on hold for 35 minutes.

Unit is under 1 yr warranty per service bench. Took photo of receipt.Cs complaint is timed dry coming up as air dry by default and she did a load of towels and they werent completely dry. No error in history and unit is heating properly when selected. Explained how sensor works for sensing cycles. For timed dry explained that she could set temp and time to whatever she likes. Cs thought something was wrong with it coming up on air dry. Called techline and while on wait ran a 5 min timed dry on high heat. After completion timed dry remembered last setting of 5 min and high heat. So verified unit is remembering last cycle.Cancelled tech line call

"Cx complaint that the unit has trouble start cycles because of the lid not locking. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found an error code: f5e3. I cleared the code and ran a service cycle, all components passed until the lid lock tried to engage. The unit would not advance past that point, it needs a new lid lock to resolve the issue. I started a normal cycle and put pressure on the lid near the lid lock while it was engaged, the unit successfully locked. I checked the lid lock and the surrounding area to see if something was effecting it or out of place. I found nothing abnormal.
