This unit has been dropped and has some damages. My concern is the bottom flange where the sump assembly sits is damaged not allowing the sump to seal properly. The customer said this unit is brand new and just installed they are gonna reach out to Ferguson for a replacement. At this time Im closing this ticket.(Call complete)

"Cx complaint that the unit not not making ice now. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found the unit is cooling fine. The set temp is -2, I raised it to 2. The cx has a prior issue with the door being very difficult to open, the touch up paint I ordered should arrive soon. I checked the component functions. The evap fan and condensor fan work fine. I ran test 97 for the IM fill test, the valve engaged but no water came out. I ran test 66 for the fill tube heater for 5 min and tested the IM valve again, still no water coming out (I did this again and still no water was dispensed). I called techline to document the issue. They had me check voltage (DC) at the fill tube connector. I got 12.12vdc, which is good. They recommended to replace the fill tube heater. Im ordering the part for the return visit.Sr7736833066; ordrng 1 W11515313 (Fill tube heater)"

I took the unit apart and found 2 random screws in the unit probably the cause of the rattling noise. I removed the screws and tested the unit for the cx. The unit is working as designed."
